Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Filling

  • 200 grams Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, mix ground beef, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
