Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 4 oz Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice and place them on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly on top of the bread slices.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on top of the roast beef.
  5. Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
