Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and chicken thighs. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture, coating well.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the wire rack. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
