Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
