- 2 lbs Lamb Ribs trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried oregano.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
Remove the top layer of foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes to get a nice crust.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
