  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for grilling

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
  4. 4. Grill the lamb chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. 5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
