  • 2 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place the fillets in the skillet, skin side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. 4. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  5. 5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
