Instructions
1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
4. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the butter and lemon juice. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.
6. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the tilapia fillets and serve immediately.
