  • 4 fillets Tilapia
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil.
  4. Press fillets into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
  5. Place fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish is flaky and golden brown.
