- 4 fillets Tilapia
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil.
Press fillets into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
Place fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish is flaky and golden brown.
