Main Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 2 cans Sardines in oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sardines (with oil) to the pan. Break them up with a spoon and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
