Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 2 cans Sardines in oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add sardines (with oil) to the pan. Break them up with a spoon and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
