Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil to the pot. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
