Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Cannellini beans, cooked
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Ditalini pasta
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
Add the cannellini beans, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Stir in the ditalini pasta, salt, pepper, and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is tender.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
