Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and honey.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  5. 5. Dehydrate at 160°F (70°C) for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and chewy.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
