Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts grilled and sliced
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese fresh
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Pesto Sauce
  • 4 pieces Ciabatta Rolls sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 5 minutes per side. Let them rest, then slice.
  3. 3. Spread pesto sauce on the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls.
  4. 4. Layer the grilled chicken slices, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves on top.
  5. 5. Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the ciabatta rolls.
  6. 6. Optionally, grill the assembled sandwiches for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
