Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with thinly sliced beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push the veggies to one side, add the steak slices, and cook until browned.
4. Mix the veggies and steak together, season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the cheese slices on top of the steak and veggie mix, let it melt.
6. Toast the hoagie rolls, then fill them with the steak, veggie, and cheese mixture.
