Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Steak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet, cook until browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place provolone cheese over the steak and let it melt.
Toast the hoagie rolls in a separate pan or oven.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the steak mixture into the toasted hoagie rolls.
