- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Place pork chops in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
