Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
