  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Preheat your oven to broil.
  5. Place the cooked patties on the bottom halves of the burger buns.
  6. Top each patty with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  7. Place the burgers on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Top with the other half of the buns and serve hot.
