Poblano and Ground Pork Tacos

- 1 lb Ground pork
- 2 Poblano peppers diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
2. Add diced poblano peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
3. Stir in cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. Assemble tacos by placing the pork mixture on tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
