Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. 2. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
