Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
