Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
3. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
4. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
6. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
