Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork sliced
  • 200 g Bamboo Shoots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until it's no longer pink.
  4. Add the bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
