Main Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork Shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
- 2 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion quartered
- 2 cups Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Season the pork chunks with salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and cinnamon.
Place the pork in a Dutch oven. Add garlic, onion, orange juice, and chicken broth.
Cover and cook in the oven for about 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
Optional: For crispy edges, spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes.
