Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a frying pan, brown the pork chops on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, chicken broth, cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place the pork chops on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
