Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces pork chops

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
