Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft.
4. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until well combined.
6. Return pork chops to the skillet, simmer until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
