  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and thyme, cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6. Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
