- 4 pieces Pork cutlets
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
