Dumpling Filling
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 package Dumpling Wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Optionally, pan-fry the steamed dumplings in a skillet until the bottoms are golden brown.
