Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and diced pork. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Push the pork to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and frozen peas and carrots. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
