Ingredients 

Gyoza Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 20 pieces Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
  • ¼ cup Water for steaming

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and press to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
