Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 200 g Lo Mein noodles
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork slices and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
