Instructions
1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. Add the bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss to combine.
6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
