Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops boneless
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. 5. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Return pork chops to the skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
