Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked noodles, then half of the pork mixture, and half of the sour cream mixture. Repeat layers.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
