- 4 lb Pork Roast bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the pork roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the pork roast in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
