  • 4 pieces Pork cutlets pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork cutlets until thin.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
