Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add pork cubes and brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
