Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
