- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 2 Apples, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper, then sear on all sides until browned.
Transfer pork to a baking dish. Add apples and onions around the pork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with apples and onions.
