  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 Apples, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper, then sear on all sides until browned.
  3. Transfer pork to a baking dish. Add apples and onions around the pork.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with apples and onions.
