Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork Shoulder boneless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fennel Seeds crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
