  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound White fish, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
