- 3 lbs Pork Loin
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Mix all the spices and brown sugar in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin.
3. Place the pork loin in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over it.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce. Let it cook for another 30 minutes.
