Ingredients 

Pulled Pork Ingredients

  • 5 lb Pork shoulder bone-in
  • 3 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar for spritzing

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Mix paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder on the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Spritz the pork with apple cider vinegar every hour.
  6. 6. Once done, remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
