- 4 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the remaining sauce. Serve hot.
