  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken.
  3. 3. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. 4. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
