- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
