Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  5. 5. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with halved boiled eggs and chopped green onions.
