  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the roast beef in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of roast beef, cheese, salsa, and lettuce.
  4. Roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are slightly crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
