  • 8 slices Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 pieces Bread Rolls halved
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 cup Arugula fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread butter on the inside of each bread roll.
  3. 3. Place the bread rolls, buttered side down, on the skillet and toast until golden brown.
  4. 4. Layer roast beef and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. 5. Spread horseradish sauce on the top half of each roll.
  6. 6. Add fresh arugula on top of the cheese.
  7. 7. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
