Ingredients

  • 1 leg Lamb about 5 pounds
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make small incisions all over the lamb leg and insert garlic slices into them.
  3. Rub the lamb with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
